COST: We want to make it easy and accessible for you to raise awareness for yourself and your community. Each shirt is only $10. You can pay by cash, check, or card at Annual Meeting.

DEADLINE: All shirt reservations must be submitted by JULY 7th.
ANNUAL MEETING: Make sure that you have registered for this year’s Bleeding Disorders Conference. You can pick up and pay for your shirt orders then. Register HERE to attend.
