OHF ANNUAL MEETING 2024

After July 17th, OHF cannot guarantee a hotel room for any attendees.

The following registration is for individuals or family groups who will be attending the Annual Meeting including community members, sponsors, presenters, and volunteers. ALL ATTENDEES MUST REGISTER.

  • ALL ATTENDEES MUST REGISTER BY JULY 17th. Please register by household; single and family groups. Please use your address only for family members who live with you. Even if you do not need a hotel room, please register. All attendees must register for accurate food counts.

  • Hotel Room waivers are limited to those who have bleeding disorders and their immediate family members as well as volunteers who live 30 miles or more from the venue.  Due to cost constraints, we will be unable to accommodate anyone not meeting this criterion. The number of waivers is limited and will be given out on a first come first served basis. OHF will cover the cost of your hotel room, but you are responsible for any incidentals. Thus, the hotel requires you to have a card on file, and a $50 hold will be placed temporarily.

  • There is an additional registration form for youth activities for ages 0-18yo.
